vrs-SSP-Adjusters GmbH is a member of the vrs adjusters, which provides unsurpassed adjusting and claims management services to global risk management and insurance markets. The clients cherish the benefits of working with a truly international adjusting team.

The vrs members are independent claims service providers with long traditions of excellence in their home territories, and typical leaders in their respective Corporate and Complex claims handling markets.

vrs-SSP-Adjusters GmbH has experienced loss adjusters and technical staff, who provide client-focused, local claims services across all lines of the insurance business.

The original civil engineering and loss adjusting company was founded by DI Karl Sterkl in Linz in 1984. In 2000 Martin Schörkhuber became a partner of this ISO 9001 business. In the following years, seven more offices opened in Austria and four in other countries. Martin Schörkhuber has since been made treasurer of the vrs adjusters organisation, president of AFILA (Austrian Federation of Independent Loss Adjusters) and Education Director of FUEDI (European Federation of Loss Adjuster Experts).

The group handles approx. 10,000 claims per year and also works in planning of buildings and statics
